About Leisa Davis

"As a top producer in the real estate industry, Leisa ranks in the top 1% with over 11  years of experience. Raised in Oklahoma, she is a proud graduate of Oklahoma State University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing along with double minors in Management and Fashion Merchandising. Leisa then earned a Master’s degree from the University of Oklahoma. Before transitioning into real estate, Leisa spent 24 years in the corporate world, working with several Fortune 500 companies. Over her career, she held various leadership positions in sales, managing teams of up to 500+ employees, and later took on the role of Director of Operations for several states. Her experience culminated in becoming the GM of Mergers & Acquisitions, where she led operations on a national scale. Her experience in sales leadership, negotiation, and strategy now applies with precision to her real estate career.

Driven by a lifelong passion for real estate, Leisa transitioned into the industry and has never looked back. Known for her negotiation skills, she excels at building strong client relationships and managing even the most complex transactions with professionalism and grace. Her relentless drive, honed through years of navigating high-level corporate challenges, ensures that both buyers and sellers achieve the best possible outcomes. Outside of real estate, Leisa cherishes time spent with her two sons (11 years apart) and her beautiful new daughter-in-law, with whom she enjoys indulging in all things "girly." A true lover of interior design, Leisa also loves traveling with close friends, as well as embracing the tranquility of both mountain air and sandy beaches.
