About Cody Reed

Cody grew up in Edmond, OK, where he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business management and minored in marketing and real estate. He spent the next 6 years working for a well-known new home builder in the metro as a Sales Representative and Regional Sales Manager, developing a wealth of knowledge in new construction and assisting clients through the homebuying and building process from start to finish. Cody has been fortunate to receive recognition for his performance, including being named The National Sales Professional of the Year by NAHB in 2022. As his family grew, he transitioned into the next phase of his life, but held close to his roots, working alongside Bill Roberts Custom Homes, a well-known and respected custom home builder, as an in-house Sales Representative. With this move came an opportunity to step into a true realtor position, and he gladly hung his license with Stetson Bentley.

Outside of real estate, Cody enjoys spending time with his wife, Carissa, their three-year-old son, Miller, and newborn baby girl, Monroe. When he’s not in work or Dad-mode, you'll find him on the golf course or woodworking in his garage, which are the two things that help keep him inspired and balanced.
