Born and raised in Norman, OK, never far from the OU campus, Carleton grew up in the thick of Oklahoma culture. From football and sporting events to performance arts, being raised in the diverse community that surrounds the University of Oklahoma molded Carleton’s curiosity and hunger for life experiences.
After graduating from Norman High School, Carleton enlisted in the United States Marine Corps. Carleton served in the Marines for 12 years, with four combat deployments. He completed his first combat deployment and traveled around the world before his 20th birthday. Carleton has a disability rating over 50% from the Department of Veteran Affairs. All of these experiences proved there is no place like home.
Carleton and his family moved back to Norman, Oklahoma in 2016. After a couple of jobs, including a Special Investigator for federal background checks, Carleton decided to follow his dream and build a financial future for his family that was based on his own hard work and commitment. Carleton received his Real Estate license in 2021.
“All limitations are self-imposed.” - Oliver Wendell Holmes
Carleton’s approach to real estate is based on trust, transparency and personability. While his clients are picturing where their couch would go, Carleton’s attention to detail has him looking for any possible issues to protect his clients’ investments. You may see him at a showing in his blue jeans and boots, wearing a hat supporting one of his daughters’ softball teams or the ice hockey team he plays on.
Carleton volunteers regularly, mostly coaching kids’ sports including softball, soccer, basketball and ice hockey, and is also involved in multiple veteran organizations. Carleton has been married since 2006 to his beautiful wife and has two athletic and strong-willed daughters. Carleton is excited about being a part of an already outstanding organization. He is enthusiastic to learn every day and grow from his peers.
